Top Scanned With No Video is the more useful of the two lists. Every row is a product somebody scanned that played nothing at all, because there is no video against that barcode.
Each of those is a shopper who asked for help and got a blank screen.
Ask NCI For A Video sends us the barcode and a product name and we will make one. It has to be a product NCI sells. The request closes itself the moment a video for that barcode appears in your library, so there is nothing to come back and tidy up.

- You do not need to chase a request. It closes on its own when the video lands.
