What Copy For Support Sends Us
On a kiosk's page, the Details panel holds the serials, versions and addresses we ask about. Copy for support puts all of them on your clipboard in one click.
Paste that into an email or read it down the phone and we can usually skip the first three questions entirely.
Worth Knowing
- It copies the numbers, not a screenshot. Say what the screen is doing as well — see what to tell us.
- If you cannot open the page, the serial on the sticker is enough to start with.
